WHAT IS BOTOX? HOW DOES IT EFFECT?
It is a protein called neurotoxin obtained from a bacterium called Clostridium Botulinum. When applied to target muscles, it affects the muscle-nerve junction and causes temporary reductions in muscle contractions. In this way, wrinkles improve in the treated area.
